How do I use a Chope Voucher icon-arrow-up

Chope vouchers are digital vouchers that you receive in your email instantly upon successful purchase. There are several ways to utilise the voucher:

1. Present the voucher on your Chope app to the restaurant host before ordering. Your voucher can be found under Profile > My Vouchers.

2. Present the voucher confirmation email on your mobile to the restaurant host before ordering OR print out the voucher containing the 10-digit unique voucher code and present it to the restaurant host before ordering.

Do these vouchers cover tax and service charge at the restaurant? icon-arrow-up
Yes, our vouchers are cash vouchers that can be used to offset the entire bill, after tax and service charges.
I have yet to receive my Chope vouchers. Who should I contact? icon-arrow-up

I can’t find my Chope vouchers. Where can I view my purchased voucher? icon-arrow-up

Kindly check your junk mail, or the "Promotions" tab in your email account. If you are still unable to locate your vouchers, please email support.id@chope.co and let us know the restaurant voucher you have purchased, and the email you used to purchase it. The voucher will be forwarded to you again.

Purchase and Redemption

I have purchased Chope vouchers for different restaurants, but I only received one voucher code. What does that mean? icon-arrow-up

Chope vouchers are smart e-vouchers that combine all your purchases into one code for your ease of reference, and you can use the same voucher code to redeem your vouchers at the different restaurants. Each restaurant is only able to see, and fulfil vouchers of their own restaurant when they key in the unique voucher code, so no worries about a wrong redemption!

I have purchased multiple vouchers at different denominations, but only received one voucher code. I do not want to use them all at once, what do I do? icon-arrow-up

Chope vouchers are smart e-vouchers that combine all your purchases into one code, and you do not have to use them all at once. Simply let the restaurant know the number of vouchers you would like to use for your session, and they can process accordingly. For your next visit, present the same voucher code to redeem your remaining vouchers!

Can I use multiple vouchers in one sitting and at the same table? icon-arrow-up

Most restaurants do accept multiple vouchers to be used in one sitting, but there are restaurants with stricter redemption policies in place. Kindly check the terms of use of your preferred restaurant vouchers before purchase to be sure.

Can I use the vouchers I have redeemed with my Chope-Dollars together with the vouchers I have purchased? icon-arrow-up

Yes, both redeemed and purchased Chope vouchers can be used together in one sitting. However, some restaurants have stricter policies in place regarding the number of Chope vouchers that can be used in one sitting – kindly check the terms of use of your preferred restaurant vouchers prior redemption and purchase to be sure.

Can I use any unused value from my Chope vouchers for a next visit? icon-arrow-up

Each individual Chope voucher is meant for a one-time use only. However, if you have purchased several Chope vouchers, you may use the remaining individual vouchers for your next visit. 

For example, if you have pre-purchased two Rp 500,000 vouchers (Rp 1,000,000 in total), and your final bill at the restaurant is Rp 890,000, you may choose to fully utilise both vouchers, or use one Rp 500,000 voucher, and pay the remaining Rp 390,000 with cash or credit card at the restaurant. The other Rp 500,000 voucher can be used for your subsequent visit to the restaurant. However, If you choose to use both vouchers, you will not be refunded any unused balance.

I have purchased a ChopeDeals voucher, but my bill at the restaurant exceed the amount that I have purchased. What can I do? icon-arrow-up

You may wish to purchase another Chope voucher, or top up the remaining using cash or credit card. If you are purchasing another Chope voucher, do note that some restaurants have stricter policies in place regarding the number of Chope vouchers that can be used in one sitting – kindly check the terms of use of your preferred restaurant vouchers prior redemption and purchase to be sure.

Must I make a reservation to use the Chope voucher? icon-arrow-up

You will need to make a reservation via Chope before dining at your selected restaurant. Chope allows you to make online reservations 24/7 and receive instant email confirmation for your booking!

Is there an expiry date for the Chope voucher? icon-arrow-up

Chope vouchers are valid for 90 days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise stated. Please check the validity period of the voucher before purchase.

I have just made a purchase but forgot to key in my discount code during checkout. Will Chope be able to key it in for me? icon-arrow-up

Unfortunately, we are unable to retroactively enter the discount code once your purchase is completed. You may wish to utilise your discount code in your next purchase instead.

What is the refund policy for Chope vouchers? icon-arrow-up

As ChopeDeals has made special arrangements with restaurants for the discounts, the vouchers sold are non-refundable.

I tried to redeem my Chope voucher, but it requires me to key in a vendor code. What do I do? icon-arrow-up

The voucher redemption portal page is solely for restaurant’s usage and the details need to be entered by the restaurant host. Kindly present your voucher to the restaurant host to redeem your voucher.

Issues with In-App Vouchers Purchase

I am unable to key in a discount code while making my in-app vouchers purchase. icon-arrow-up

If you are unable to apply your discount code or gift card code, kindly make your purchase on mobile, and/or web (if applicable), to utilise the discounts.
