How to purchase & use the voucher:

1. Select preferred voucher > click ‘Add to Cart’ > click cart > click ‘Proceed to Checkout’
2. Complete payment for the voucher(s) by credit card or Bank Transfer (virtual account).
3. Your e-voucher(s) will be in Profile > My Vouchers, and in your email.
4. Make a reservation via Chope.
5. Simply present your voucher before ordering at the restaurant to enjoy the deal.

Terms of Use

  • Reservation through Chope is required before dining to use the voucher.
  • Voucher is valid only for dine-in.
  • Voucher is valid for 60 days from the time of purchase and good for one time use only.
  • Voucher is valid for BBQ by the Pool, every Sunday, 6pm-10pm.
  • Guests must inform the restaurant staff before placing the order if they want to use Chope Voucher.
  • Voucher needs to be presented to the restaurant host for validation process before ordering.
  • Voucher is applicable for food/beverage stated in product variant.
  • Multiple vouchers can be used during one visit.
  • Voucher value is inclusive of service and tax.
  • Voucher cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, offers or vouchers.
  • No refund, exchange, or extension of voucher will be entertained.
  • Voucher is not cash redeemable and not replaceable if lost or stolen.
  • No balance is given if the purchase value is less than the value of this voucher.
  • Any purchases in excess of the voucher value must be settled directly at the restaurant.
  • The management reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions as necessary.
